- Because nobody has listed anything in it yet. We won't fill a gap with something we've invented. If you know of something on, send it through and it'll be the first one there once we've checked it.
- Where do these listings come from?
- Organisers, community groups and residents submit them, and some come in from approved social sources we've connected. Each one is read by a person before it's published. The card shows the source and when it was last updated.
- Does it cost anything to list an event?
- Community events are welcome. If you want extra promotion beyond a standard listing, get in touch and we'll talk you through the options.
- How do I find free things to do?
- Use the free or paid filter at the top of this page, or in the events calendar. Cost is a field on every event, so anything marked free is free according to the organiser who submitted it.
- Can I search by suburb?
- Yes. The suburb filter covers Toowoomba CBD and the suburbs and nearby Darling Downs towns we've set up in our location data. If your area isn't there yet, let us know and we'll look at adding it.
- Something's wrong with a listing — what now?
- Tell us which event and what's changed. We'd rather correct it quickly than leave someone driving to a cancelled thing. Organisers can update their own listings too.
- How far ahead can I plan?
- As far ahead as organisers have submitted. Set the date range to a future month in the events calendar to see what's already locked in for school holidays or a long weekend.
